Specialised, supportive swimming lessons for autistic children

Love to Swim provides small-group Autism swimming lessons for children in East London, with classes at Stepney All Saints in Tower Hamlets and Crowne Plaza London Docklands in Newham.

Our lessons provide a structured, supportive environment where swimmers can develop water confidence, swimming skills and independence at their own pace. Teaching is adapted to each swimmer's individual needs, communication style, confidence and ability.

Our Autism Swim Programme

Our Autism Swim programme follows the Swim England Alpha Steps framework, supporting swimmers to develop confidence, independence and essential swimming skills through achievable, progressive steps.

Where appropriate, swimmers can also work towards:

• Swim England Distance Awards

• Water Safety Level 1

• Individual swimming and water-confidence goals

Progress is assessed regularly and recorded on the Love to Swim Home Portal, allowing parents and carers to follow their child's development.
