Situated in the heart of the Royal Docks, the Crowne Plaza Docklands is one of Love to Swim’s most established and popular venues. This modern, light-filled hotel pool provides a calm and welcoming space for our small-group swimming lessons, designed for both children and adults.
Taught by our expert instructors and following the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, lessons focus on building confidence, improving technique, and helping every swimmer truly love the water.

Childrens Swimming Lessons

Our children's swimming lessons are tailored for every age and ability, offering a safe, fun, and structured approach to learning. Following the Swim England Learn to Swim programme, each class is kept small, with only 5 children, so every swimmer gets the individual attention they need to thrive.
Through playful games and engaging activities, our expert instructors focus on building water confidence, teaching essential strokes, and developing coordination in an encouraging environment. With classes grouped by age and skill, each child progresses at their own pace, gaining a valuable life skill while having a great time!

Our adult and toddler swimming lessons, built around the Swim England Learn to Swim programme, offer a wonderful chance for you and your child to explore the water together. Weekend Intensive Short Courses
- When: Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00–1:00 PM
- Cost: £60 for both sessions
- Class size: Maximum of 4 pupils
- Flexible dates: Select your preferred weekends via our booking system

Hi,
You'll find our female teachers and female only lessons at Stepney All Saints School, E1 0RH.
We have a maximum of 11 per class split between 2 teachers so roughly 5:1 ratio. Lessons take place once a week. £20 for a 45mins class. Lessons follow the school term and can be purchased in small blocks of 4, 5 or 6 lessons. Lessons must be taken consecutively.
Bookings are through oiur online system where you can also view the timetable.
Parking at the Croowne Plaza is £2 per visit.
Parking at the Aloft Hotel and Stepney All Saints is included in the lesson fee.
Our full timetable is listed on the booking system. If a class is fully booked, please add yourswelf to the waiting list and you'll receive an autmated email when a place becomes availble.

We have a adult and toddler class for littles ones age 2 - 3 years at the Crowne Plaza on a Monday 10am, Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 8.30am and 1pm.
